Application BCA Mobile is experiencing a breakdown or error. Many on Twitter, this application belonging to Bank BCA cannot be used.

Many customers have complained and mentioned the @HaloBCA account. Then, @HaloBCA apologized for the inconvenience experienced by users.
“Sorry for the inconvenience, for now the BCA Mobile application is in the process of being handled by the relevant team. We kindly ask Mr/Ms Customer to try again periodically,” he wrote.
The @me** account says “BCA Mobile, why is it @HaloBCA,”. Then the @Re**** account wrote “BCA Mobile was down at a critical time,” he wrote.
Next is the account @its *** “Is there an error in BCA Mobile? I can’t do it earlier,” he wrote. Then account @Th *** “It’s cool, BCA Mobile really gets an error when I want to pay for QRIS, it already creates long lines, so I can just buy coffee instead,” he wrote.
detikcom also tried the application, and sure enough BCA Mobile is having an error. detikcom has tried to contact BCA, but there has been no answer.
