Is it already E3? A few days after Ubisoft held its game show, Nintendo announced plans to do so show games in a video presentation Tuesday afternoon. Now Sony announces that PlayStation games will also be unveiled this week, in a ny State of Play-enter.
11:59 pm Wednesday night goes wild. The pattern will last around 20 minutes and will attract revelations, new updates, and more gameplay from 10 different games.
The titles for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR2 are included in the presentation. Sony says we can expect “exciting news from our fantastic Japanese partners, as well as other surprises from developers around the world.”
Maybe it will be more Final Fantasy, as Square Enix has a lot of RPG series features in the works. Among the VR2 titles that could appear are Horizon: Call of the Mountain and Resident Evil Village, both confirmed for Sony’s next generation of virtual reality.
Rumors about a PC version of Returnal have also abounded in recent weeks. Of course, it’s not long before the launch of God of War: Ragnarök, so maybe we’ll hear more from Kratos and Atreus. Time will tell.
