The proposal is already gathering the first very positive opinions, but there is a fundamental problem here: the controller was priced at PLN 1,199.
This isn’t the end of spending for loyal PlayStation fans in early 2023, as the release date is set for February 22nd PlayStation VR2. We will buy completely new generation Sony glasses for PLN 2,999, and due to the lack of backward compatibility, it is worth preparing a budget for several games or even adding a charger (PLN 229) for modern PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers to the set .
Sony’s strategy is really interesting, because for a good start of the year the company will provide gamers with two very interesting and expensive devices… and it’s possible that it’s not over. Two sources inform about the upcoming updated model of PlayStation 5. The console with a removable drive can look completely different, and considering that PS5 debuted on the market in 2020 and engineers are constantly improving the body by releasing improved models, we can suspect that even the new PlayStation 5 will perform better. Rather, we shouldn’t expect more power, but the company will certainly encourage its devoted fans to the new proposition.
Sony continues to invade…
In 2023 we will also see more previews and announcements of games that, although born on PlayStation consoles, will eventually make their debut on personal computers. Sony will start 2023 with the hardware, but the company will also provide interesting attractions for viewers to get to know “The Last of Us”.
