PlayStation: Exclusives You Need To Get Your Own! – MainlySports

The PlayStation 5 is slated for release later this year. Sony and Microsoft have been trying to differentiate themselves for years. They offered incentives to shift the odds to their respective sides. Honestly, it works for us. One way to attract consumers has been to move away from exclusive games. These games are exclusive to the console and not available on the other. This has a better chance of changing the odds. As a result of this brawl, wonderful games have been produced over the years.

Sony and Microsoft have both confirmed that a series of exclusive games will launch with the next-gen consoles. While we wait for more details on the launch of the consoles. Let’s take a look at some of the best PS4 exclusives that have set a benchmark for future projects.

PlayStation 4: exclusive games

Spider-Man de Marvel

Hands down one of the best games ever to be produced for PS4. Not only that, it’s the best superhero game ever to be made. It sold 3.3 million copies in the first 3 days of release and became the best-selling superhero game in the United States. It has sold over 15 million copies worldwide. Spider-Man also received the “Best Game of the Year” award from Shacknews and The Verge. Spider-Man is proof that PlayStation is hard to beat. The game generated more revenue than Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The in-game web swing is effortless and there is nothing like it in other modern games. Movement around New York City, interacting with other characters to prevent a deadly virus from plaguing the city. Everything is powerful. You can also complete side missions to collect collectibles. The game is also beautifully designed.

While waiting for the next title “Miles Morales”, you absolutely must get your hands on the current title. You won’t be able to put it down. It is a spectacular spectacle of storytelling.

God of the war

Another giant created for PlayStation 4, God of War has sold over 10 million copies and is one of the most recognizable exclusives on PlayStation. Kratos’ fresh start is full of intensity, with bloodthirsty actions and visuals. It is the story of a man who tries to deal with his sins while keeping them away from his child. The game begins on a disturbing note, with Kratos and his son chopping wood to create a pyre for his wife. The story that follows highlights the growing relationship between Kratos and his son. They are never separated.

It is one of the most brutal games I have played. Throughout the game, Kratos is seen developing his character. Of a hot-tempered man, losing control of every situation, trying to be warm and caring to his son. The game revolves around instances and experiences with which the characters grow up. Just when you feel like you’ve predicted the next move, the game surprises you. It’s a meticulously crafted game with detailed character development.

All quests and adventures are deeply rooted in the relationship between father and son. I won’t call it an open world game, but there is a lot to explore. The game takes you on the roller coaster of an adventure. In one case, Kratos tells his son about his past adventures and in the other, he searches for treasure with him. You just need to play the game to know how interesting the sequences are.

Uncharted 4: «A Thief’s End»

It was the perfect ending to one of the most entertaining franchises. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has sold over 15 million copies. The first three parts of the game were recently available for free for a few weeks on PS +. Uncharted 4 is not extraordinary in terms of violence, graphics and gameplay. It is however well developed in all aspects and it ticks all the boxes.

The action in the game is quite tactical. Even when you’re faced with high odds, the gameplay is smooth, letting you move around and look for a way out. It’s actually better than just shooting bullets in the air. It’s full of suspense.

That’s not all. Unlike any other game, enemies perform smart moves as well, which means combat is pretty natural. It helps you stay focused. The game has a thoughtful relationship between the characters. No character is ridiculous. We don’t have the impression that there is one character who has all the jobs. It is rather the reverse.

The missions, quests, and other characters in the game complement the main storyline in a way that also makes it quite realistic. The in-game visuals are polished rather than getting better and better. No wonder The Last of Us 2 was also a success. Naughty Dog has created some wonderful games of which the Uncharted series is a perfect example.

These are my top 3 PlayStation 4 exclusives. Each of them has a distinct quality and was a lot of fun. If you haven’t already, I recommend you give them a try before Sony launches the PlayStation 5 and we get another set of exquisite exclusives.
