About the fact that they appeared on Allegro or OLX auctions with PlayStation 5 consoles at heavily inflated prices, we already wrote for you on the release date of the equipment. Few people managed to buy a device back then, so their presence at online auctions was not surprising. Today, 10 days after the premiere, they are still there and still at a price that probably does not interest anyone. You can easily get a PlayStation 5 for about 4 or 5 thousand zlotys, although you can find auctions approaching almost 10,000. Here, however, we are talking about real, physical consoles.
Meanwhile, eBay began to appear PlayStation 5 photoswhich are put up for sale. Not consoles, but their photos. And although the description says that the auction is for a PlayStation 5 photo only, there are people who decided to buy it. The highest offer is now around $ 2,000, or about PLN 8,000. Probably the people who take part in the auction are not aware that it is a photo, not equipment. This only confirms that you should read everything that is written in the auction description.

It’s not that eBay doesn’t do anything about it, though. The platform is already starting to remove such auctions and at the same time claims that customers can count on a refund if the item they purchased does not match the auction description. However, in such cases, it may be debatable, because the description says what is the subject of the sale. Well, it’s better to double-check than try to get your money back. Such auctions once happened on Polish auction portals, so now it is also worth being careful.
