Playing the Halo Infinite campaign offline on unlocks multiplayer cosmetics • Eurogamer.pt

343 Industries recognizes the problem.

The Halo Infinite campaign was finally unlocked today at 18:00 in Portugal. Many gamers with an Xbox or PC console are probably already playing, so here’s a notice posted by 343 Industries on Twitter.

During the campaign you’ll find armor lockers that unlock multiplayer cosmetics, however if you’re offline they won’t be added to your inventory.

Even if you always have the console connected to the Internet, this can happen because of the Quick Resume feature of the Xbox Series consoles – which causes the application to be disconnected from the servers.

“The team is aware of this and we will eventually have a retroactive correction (you will receive the cosmetics you have won). For now, we recommend not using Quick Resume and ensuring you are online before venturing into Zeta Halo. Thank you,” wrote Brian Jarrard , community director at 343.
