Jakarta – The Dutch national team will face Argentina in the competition quarter finals World Cup 2022at Lusail Stadium, Saturday (12/10/2022) in the morning WIB.
The Netherlands lowered their best players in the match against Argentina. Coach Louis van Gaal implemented a 3-4-1-2 formation.
The Dutch front line was occupied by Steven Bergwijn and Memphis Depay. Then there’s Cody Gakpo who is tracked as an attacking midfielder.
Then Louis van Gaal put four players in midfield and on the flanks. They are Denzel Dumfries, Marten De Roon, Frenkie De Jong and Daley Blind.
As for the defense sector, the Netherlands faced Jurrien Timber, Virgil van Dijk and Nathan Ake. They will then defend the goal manned by Andries Noppert.
On the other hand, Argentina implemented a five-man defense scheme with a 5-3-2 formation. This tactic was first implemented by Argentina at the 2022 World Cup.
