Slovak hockey defender Samuel Fereta will once again play for HC Nové Zámky.
He headed to the old-new workplace after his current employer, Bratislava Capitals, ended his seasonal performance in the international IHL. The Novozámocký klub informed about the old-new acquisition on its Facebook account.
Samuel Fereta played for Nové Zámky almost two complete seasons in the years 2019 – 2021. After the season 2020/2021 he went to the team Capitals, for which he played in the current year 2021/2022 in 14 matches. He scored 2 points for assists, 10 penalty minutes and 2 plus points in the statistics.
After the recent deaths of striker Boris Sádecký and vice-president Dušan Pašek Jr. decided not to continue in the current year. Samuel Fereta is the fourth player who has already found a new job.
Goalkeeper Connor LaCouvee (KalPa) and forward Marc-Olivier Roy (SaiPa) headed to the top Finnish competition, Russian striker Nikolai Zherdev will play in Italy (HCM Meran / o).
