Barcelona came out victorious at the Barceloni Derbi. Against Espanyol, Quique Setien’s team won 1-0.

The game

The 50th minute, a red card is given to Ansu Fati for kicking Fernando Calero’s calf. Four minutes later, it was Espanyol’s winger turn, Pol Lozano, who was sent off for kicking Pique’s leg.

Almost! Messi almost doubled the lead in the 69th minute, but his first-time shot was countered by Espanyol goalkeeper Diego Lopez.

Espanyol tried to retaliate, but failed. The 77th minute, Raul de Tomas’s header goes wide. Nine minutes later, it was Sergi Darder’s long-shot turn.

The 89th minute, De Tomas again got a chance, but his shot could be pushed over Ter Stegen. Score 1-0 in Barcelona vs Espanyol last until the end.
