Plastiqual in Petit-Rechain: example of successful business transfer

We are in the middle of business transfer week. And if there are often great difficulties for the seller or buyer to find good common ground, there are also, and fortunately, great examples of successful transfers. This is the case at Plastiqual, located in the Petit-Rechain area, and specialized in the study and manufacture of parts by plastic injection. And it has been two years now since the procedure to take over this company was launched, Benoit Medeghini and two partners fell under the industrial charm of the project carried out until then by a boss who aspires to a well-deserved retirement. But it was still necessary for everyone to get in touch and find common ground. But here, the transfer took place very smoothly, contacts being facilitated by the fact that the former boss and one of the future investors already knew each other. Meeting with the managing director who in no way regrets his choice to have invested in this flagship which employs around twenty people, for know-how recognized well beyond our borders.
