Planting Trees pays tribute to education workers who died from Covid-19

With more than 400 trees planted, tribute has been paid to education workers who died from Covid-19.

“One tree, one life” is the project that will promote a memorial forest to remember all these education professionals.

Lorito, Savannah Oak, Yellow Bark, Ash, Bitter Cedar, White Pig and Rum Rum are the species that will be planted in this forest.

Purifying the air, providing habitat for various species and reducing soil temperatures are part of the benefits this forest would create.

The forest will be located in the Finca El Quetzal de Vara Blanca, as part of the initiative of the National Teachers’ Life Insurance Company.
