The city of Frankfurt is planning to build a secondary school, a primary school to meet the urgent need for additional school places in the northern educational region, a daycare center and a residential development to complement the existing building stock with associated green spaces in an area northwest of “Auf der Steinern Straße” in Nieder-Eschbach.
The Area should cover 4 areas totaling approx. 6.3 ha.
The sub-areas border on the Homburger Landstraße, the subway route, agricultural areas and existing residential areas in Bonames and Nieder-Eschbach.
