Planned to sell 20,543 households nationwide in March… concentrated in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Busan

According to the Real Estate R114 survey on the 2nd, the planned volume of pre-sale nationwide in March was 20,543 households (total number of households excluding leases), similar to the 21,341 households in the same period last year.

In March, a total of 12,099 households were sold in the metropolitan area, a slight decrease from the same period last year (12,883 households). Comparing by region, △Seoul (338 households → 4116 households) △Gyeonggi (10,449 households → 6129 households) △Incheon (2096 households → 1854 households), etc. Compared to the same period last year, 3778 households increased in Seoul.

Among these, large-scale complexes with more than 1,000 households are △Hwigyeong Xidisentia, Hwigyeong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (1806 households) △Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang, Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do (1571 households) △ Dongtan 2nd apartment complex, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do (1103 households) △ Geumgang, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon It can be seen as Penterium 3rd Central Park (1049 households).

A total of 8444 households are scheduled for pre-sale in the provinces in March, which is about the same as the same period last year (8458 households). However, overall, rather than increasing the number of pre-sale complexes, large-scale complexes with more than 3,000 households are affected. Yoon Ji-hae, senior researcher at Real Estate R114, said, “In the March pre-sale market, large-scale complexes with more than 1,000 households ahead of pre-sale in the metropolitan area and provincial areas are expected to lead the mood.” It is expected that the complex will have mixed joys and sorrows depending on whether it is appropriated or not and whether it is favorable for transportation or development in the region.”
