These planets will appear from Earth like ordinary starlight but look bigger and brighter. These celestial objects will alternately decorate the night sky from the beginning to the end of September.
The following are the appearance times for the planets in the solar system in September, from Mercury to Neptune, as reported on the Langit Selatan page.

1. Mercury
Mercury’s position is very low on the western horizon when the sun sets. The planet closest to the Sun then disappears from the evening sky behind the light of the Sun as Mercury is positioned between the Sun and Earth during inferior conjunction.
One of the planets that is close to Earth will appear again on the eastern horizon at dawn in mid-September.
This planet continues to rise until it reaches its highest point towards the end of September and then descends to chase the Sun.
Mercury can be observed towards the end of September in the constellation Leo before the sun rises, and will pass the Moon in mid-September but is too low to be observed.

2. Venus
This planet, which is often nicknamed “The Morning Star”, can be observed on the eastern horizon before the sun rises starting at four in the morning. Venus will appear in the constellation Cancer and continue to shift to the constellation Leo at the end of September.
So if you want to observe one of the planets closest to Earth, you have to wake up very early before the sun rises.
3. Mars
The planet Mars will appear in the sky after sunset during September. This red planet can be observed in the constellation Virgo and passes the Moon in mid-September.
After that, Mars will continue to descend after the Sun until at the end of September its position is low on the horizon after sunset.

4. Jupiter
This September, the planet Jupiter can be observed in the constellation Aries between midnight and sunrise. The largest planet in the solar system will continue to rise in the night sky and pass the Moon in early September.
5. Saturn
This planet, which is famous for the beauty of its rings, can still be observed after sunset until early in the morning before sunrise.
Saturn can be seen in the constellation Aquarius and meets the Moon at the end of September.
6. Uranus & Neptune
The two planets farthest from the sun are too faint to be observed with the eye without the help of instruments. Therefore, use tools such as a telescope if you want to see these two ice planets.

The planet Uranus can be observed in the constellation Aries starting near midnight. Meanwhile, Neptune, which is in the constellation Pisces, can be observed after sunset.
In mid-September, Neptune will experience opposition, that is, it will be at its closest distance from Earth so that its disk will appear larger when viewed with a telescope.
