Planegg on the morning of Whit Monday: In front of a beauty salon at Bahnhofstrasse 40, a man lies on the floor, motionless. A passer-by initially believes there is an accident and calls the ambulance service. But then it turns out: the man has become the victim of an attempted homicide. The victim, a 43-year-old Swiss, has now been identified. The alleged perpetrator, a 47-year-old from the southern district of Munich, has turned himself in to the police. However, the police still have more questions than answers. The case is a riddle: did the perpetrator and the victim know each other or had an appointment? What triggered the momentous dispute?
The 43-year-old was discovered at around 10:50 a.m. with severe head injuries in front of a beauty salon in Planegg and was admitted to a hospital. So far, he has not been able to be asked about the possible reasons for the crime. A little later, a man from the Munich area called the police and reported that he had had an argument with another person in Planegg. Police arrested him at his home. However, the suspect did not provide detailed information on the exact circumstances of the crime. The man from the Munich district is known to the police from previous occasions. The murder commission of the Munich criminal police took over the investigation.
She now has numerous questions for potential witnesses. Perhaps, so the investigators hope, someone noticed a black SUV Volvo XC 60 with Swiss license plates that was used by the victim, or a gray BMW X 5 with Dingolfing license plates that can be assigned to the suspect. We are also looking for the hitherto unknown passer-by who did not stay at the crime scene after his emergency call.
