A plane that was supposed to land ended up outside the runway at Florø airport.
– When they landed, something has led to them not stopping on the runway itself, but ending up approximately 20 meters further than the end of the runway before the plane stopped completely, says operations manager Dan Erik Johannesen in the West police district.
He says that it is too early to say what has happened and why it has happened.
There are no injuries to persons or the aircraft. Two people were on board the plane. According to the police, this must have been the pilot and co-pilot.

– I can confirm that a plane has skidded off the runway. It has gone well with everyone on board, and we are now working to get the plane moved so that traffic can resume, says airport manager Siv Merete Stadheim to NRK.
The police have notified the State Accident Commission about the incident.
