Two KNRM rescue boats have been deployed to search in the Zwarte Meer. A helicopter is also searching and a Coast Guard aircraft has been deployed, a spokesperson reported to RTL Nieuws.
Dive teams called up
The crash is confirmed by the Security Region to the ANP. Diving teams from Flevoland and Overijssel have also been called up to search for the occupants.
Flight School Transavia
It concerns an aircraft of the flying school ‘Self Flying’ of airline Transavia. This is the flying school where future pilots of Transavia follow their training.
At the moment it is not yet known how many people and who were in the aircraft and what exactly happened, the airline reports in a statement. Transavia makes every effort to collect more information as quickly as possible.
