“Eight paratroopers and one pilot were aboard a small propeller-driven aircraft. The Swedish Maritime and Air Rescue Agency began a rescue operation with emergency services, police and ambulances,” said a spokesman for the Swedish Maritime Administration.

Three fire departments of rescue services are working at the scene. Ten ambulances are also located near the scene.

Local media also reported that two people were taken to the hospital. It is also noted that the plane crashed on the ground about 200 meters from the airport runway.
