A Russian military plane crashed into an apartment building in Russia. 13 people died.

The state news agency Tax cites Russian authorities as saying that four floors of a nine-story skyscraper are on fire and that 100 people have been evacuated. Photos and videos on social media show large amounts of smoke and flames at the scene.
Several Russian media reports that large quantities of fuel spilled from the plane and caused a major fire in the nine-story building, where, according to Ria Novosti, more than 600 people live. Eyewitnesses said at least four of the floors were on fire.

The plane crash is said to have occurred in the port city of Yeysk, which lies along the Sea of Azov in southwestern Russia, opposite Mariupol in Ukraine.
