The Jalisco COVID-19 Plan served its purpose. We now face 2021, the year in which we must protect the health, the economy and the lives of all people and in which we expect at least 48% of vaccination to take place.
This year we cannot ignore the importance of preserving our emotional health, of continuing with the education of girls, boys and young people, and of generating and protecting employment and income opportunities. From 2020 we learned what is necessary to create a long-term strategy that will give us certainty and that at the same time can be flexible enough in the event of another outbreak.
