Plagiarized China Wuzhen-7?Boeing’s next-generation aircraft and the U.S. military’s future drones both adopt China’s first layout | Blog post

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Boeing recently announced that they will cooperate to develop a full-scale transonic truss wing demonstrator aircraft, which will have more fuel-efficient features and claims to “revolutionize the commercial aviation industry.” It’s just that Chinese military fans take a look at this “epoch-making airliner” of the United States and find out: “Isn’t this just copying the joint-wing aerodynamic layout of the Wuxun-7 UAV?”

Boeing is not the only one eyeing this kind of joint-wing aerodynamic layout pioneered by China. The U.S. “Defense News” website stated on the 20th that the secret drone released by the Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) under the U.S. Department of Defense adopted the same design, and even its appearance was quite similar to the WZ-7.

However, the US media, which is known for its double standards, never mentioned China’s Wuzhen-7 when introducing the design of the new model, and only praised the “innovative development” of American companies.

NASA Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy said NASA’s first “A” class program is thriving, according to a Boeing release. NASA and Boeing announced the launch of a sustainable flight demonstration project, aiming to provide key technical support for a new generation of green single-aisle airliners.
