Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) intends to match Sandiaga Uno with Anies Baswedan in the 2024 election. Sandiaga emphasized that he believes in the decisions of political party leaders.
“Leaders of political parties are currently consolidating. I certainly really believe that whatever decision they make is the best for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the future,” said Sandiaga in his statement, Sunday (5/3/2023).
Sandiaga appreciates the aspirations of the people. Sandiaga is also maintaining good relations with various parties.
“Yesterday I was with Pak Bendum (General Treasurer) PKS in Depok together with West Java PKS, today Pak Gub (NTB Governor Zulkieflimansyah) is also one of the best cadres from PKS serving in NTB. We continue to exchange ideas on how to make Indonesia’s development more accelerated, it will be more felt by the community and in 2024 will present a solution that benefits the most,” said Sandiaga.
The Indonesian Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy said he remained focused on maintaining economic revival. Then, employment opportunities that are open to the community are also a concern.
“My plan is to continue to fight to ensure that the people’s economic needs are met, I will continue to absorb aspirations to present solutions,” said Sandiaga.
Sandiaga previously harvested catfish with a number of PKS elites at the Lele Lalap (Julela) Bojongsari skipper, Depok. Sandiaga claimed to have directly seen positive developments from 24 Julela catfish planting locations in the Greater Jakarta area.
“We hope this practical entrepreneurial movement can improve the community’s economy, create business opportunities and jobs, because the target is 4.4 million new and quality jobs in 2024,” said Sandiaga.
“Hopefully our activities here will bring blessings, so that the economy will increase,” he said.
For Sandiaga, the entrepreneurial movement is very important to create independence for the community. The government and all stakeholders, including political parties, must collaborate to present solutions and answer all public complaints.
Sandiaga welcomed the collaboration between Kemenparekraf and PKS in the Julela developer. The program, he continued, was right on target, right for its benefits and right on time.
“This is a collaborative program, so we believe that the government cannot act alone, that’s why several community groups have joined, and Alhamdulillah the results are immediately felt. So this program is right on target, right for benefits and right on time,” said Sandiaga Uno.
“Because 2.5 months, 300 kilos of harvest and can be processed from this catfish into catfish pecel, grilled catfish, shredded catfish and so on. This can be directly felt by the community in the form of increased income, and after harvest it is rotated again for the second, third harvest and so on,” he said.
The PKS general treasurer and member of the DPR RI for the PKS faction, Mahfudz Abdurrahman, spoke up. He expressed his gratitude for Sandiaga Uno’s presence in the Julela Bojongsari catfish harvest program.
“I thank Bang Sandiaga Uno, always the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, we have been friends for a long time and Alhamdulillah, today my friends and I were able to invite and present him,” said Mahfudz.
“So, Bang Sandi, this is my Dapil, in 2013 I advocated for the revitalization of Setu, Alhamdulillah, it looks more attractive, hopefully this revitalization can increase the number of Rojali, groups who buy snacks and buy, so that the people here will be more economically empowered, ” he said.
