The Provincial Government (DKI Provincial Government) replaces the President Director of the PT MRT M. Aprindy, who took office last July. PKS asked the DKI DPRD to invite the BUMD Development Agency (BP) to provide clarification on the replacement.
“I don’t know (the reason), that’s why I just heard about it. For me, looking at the change, it depends on the decision-making process. The reason, I don’t know. We’ll ask later,” said the president of the PKS faction. DKI DPRD, Achmad Yani, when he was contacted on Wednesday (26/10/2022).
“Yes (asking the DPRD to call BP BUMD) asking for reasons,” he said.
However, Yani appreciates the DKI provincial government having the right to change administrators. He hopes that any change will change the conditions for the better.
“Although we hope there will be changes with some considerations. In the future, the MRT must continue to work better,” he said.
MRT’s CEO has changed again
Interim (Pj) DKI Jakarta Governor Heru Budi Hartono has reshuffled the ranks of directors to the commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta. One of them is the President and Director of PT MRT Jakarta, M. Aprindy, who has been officially replaced.
“The replacement of the Chief Executive Officer, the President Commissioner and the members of the commissioners took place in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the law, with a Resolution of the Shareholders outside GMS which was signed on 25 October 2022”, declared the interim head of BP BUMD DKI Jakarta Fitria Rahadiani in a written statement, Wednesday (10/26/2022).
Aprindy was replaced by PT MITJ President Tuhiyat. Fitria said Tuhiyat, who has experience in corporate financing, should strengthen the coordination process between the DKI Jakarta provincial government, the Ministry of Transport, Bappenas, the Ministry of Finance and PT MRT Jakarta stakeholders in an effort to satisfy the financing.
In addition to the President Director, Heru Budi has updated the ranks of the Council of Commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta, meaning that his party has officially appointed Dodik Wijanarko as Commissioner President.
