Acting Secretary General of the Party NasDem Hermawi Taslim reveals the reason PKS was not present at the PKB and NasDem Party consolidation meeting this evening. Hermawi said this was because PKS had not yet held a Syuro Council Deliberation.
“They just had their Syuro meeting on Friday,” said Hermawi at the PKB DPP, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (13/9/2023).
However, Hermawi said that PKB and the NasDem Party would still invite PKS to the meeting to be held on Monday (18/9). Hermawi predicts that PKS will provide support to vice presidential candidate Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin.
“We will definitely invite the small team to complete this form. Those who are nominating will be a combination of political parties, then there will also be a column for their names,” he explained.
Meanwhile, PKB Secretary General Hasanuddin Wahid said that PKS would also be involved in the AMIN Winning National Team. He said that his party and the NasDem Party would also discuss with PKS regarding the members of the AMIN Winning National Team.
“We will definitely involve if PKS friends have joined, we will definitely invite them to consult, discuss, deliberate, because basically PKB and NasDem are very open, and very comfortable with anyone who joins, and we can communicate this with the national team,” he said. .
Previously, the NasDem Party together with PKB held a meeting to consolidate the victory of the pair Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin (AMIN). The meeting was held at the DPP PKB, Central Jakarta.
“I think so. Yes, everything leads to that,” said NasDem Party DPP Chairman Effendy Choirie or Gus Choi at the PKB DPP, Wednesday (13/9).
Gus Choi said that apart from being a meeting, the meeting was also a form of friendship. He said this meeting was a response to the PKB friendship some time ago.
“The friendship is because of NasDem, it is reciprocal. NasDem, because (PKB) has gone there, so we are here,” he said.
