PKO Bank Polski’s Extraordinary General Meeting Dismisses Eight Supervisory Board Members and Appoints New Members

The extraordinary general meeting of PKO Bank Polski on Friday dismissed eight people from the supervisory board: Roberta Pietryszyna, Wojciech Jasiński, Maciej Łopiański, Dominik Kaczmarski, Mariusz Andrzejewski, Rafał Kos, Tomasz Kuczura, Bogadno Szafrańskiego.

In their place, the following were appointed: Maciej Cieślukowski, Hanna Kuzińska, Szymon Midera, Andrzej Oślizło, Marek Panfil, Marek Radzikowski, Katarzyna Zimnicka-Jankowska and Paweł Waniowski.

The request to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the bank was submitted by the State Treasury, which is represented by the Minister of State Assets, Borys Budka. The State Treasury owns 29.43 percent. bank shares.
