PDIP DKI Jakarta criticizes the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan related to requests for revocation of Governor Regulation Number 207 of 2016 concerning Control of Land Use/Control without Entitled Permits. The PKB/PPP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD defended Anies.
The head of the DKI Jakarta PKB/PPP faction, Hasbilallah Ilyas, considered the PDIP’s criticism to be political. Hasbiallah judged Anies Baswedan not impressed lip service as alleged by the PDI-P.
“Oh no, I don’t agree with the PDI-P, it’s too political for him to talk like that, if I’m purely a performance. If I don’t think PDI-P also says that, it’s just lipstick or something like that,” Hasbiallah told reporters on Monday. 8/8/2022).

According to Hasbiallah, the capital city of Jakarta cannot be avoided from eviction. Provided, he said, the people who were evicted were given a solution.
“Indeed, in the capital city, big cities cannot be avoided from eviction. For arrangement, unless we are not the capital city, unless the provincial government does not provide a solution, this will provide a solution,” he said.
“If Jakarta wants to be neatly organized, if Jakarta wants to compete with big cities in the world. Unless the eviction does not provide a solution, a solution is given, how many flats are built,” he said.
So, according to Hasbiallah, the Pergub issued in the era of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok regarding the evictions should be continued. He said the budget for relocating to flats for the evicted residents was quite large.
“Let’s continue with the Pergub Pak Ahok, the last governor, Pak Anies, still has 2 months left. The most important thing is this, a solution is given, unless a solution is not given, the budget for the construction of flats is not small, not a little, very much, trillion,” he explained.
As is known, the Head of the Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Yayan Yuhanah, said that his party would evaluate the request for the revocation of Governor Regulation Number 207 of 2016 concerning Control of Land Use/Control without Entitled Permits.
“Yes, it will be evaluated first whether it is revoked or not, it is being processed,” he told reporters when contacted by telephone, Monday (8/8).
