PJ workers celebrate SCJN ruling to analyze validity of reform

Mexico City. Hundreds of workers of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (PJF) celebrated the decision of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Nation (SCJN) to initiate a constitutional controversy to analyze and, where appropriate, determine the validity of the reform of the Judicial Branch.

As soon as the public session of the Plenary Session ended, the information reached hundreds of workers who, from minutes before 11:00 a.m., were stationed in front of the main entrance to the highest court in the country awaiting the resolution they would give to the request for consultation raised. and that he had to meet Minister Juan Luis González Alcántara.

Of seven queries formulated by federal magistrates and judges that were raised to open the door to the possibility of overturning the judicial reform, six were rejected by ministers Lenia Batres and Yasmín Esquivel Mossa.
