It is known that today, baby LTAT (2 years old, living in Tan village, Chau Hoi commune) is at home with her grandfather and grandmother. Near noon, it was hot and sunny, relatives pumped water into the mini tank at home for baby T to cool off and cool off.
The process of bathing and playing in the mini pool unfortunately drowned. When the grandmother and everyone found out that baby T was drowning, it was too late.
