Pioneer, a global brand of DJ equipment, has launched the “DDJ-FLX4” DJ system for beginners. The new model offers the ability to easily apply professional-quality sound effects to basic functions such as track mixing.
DDJ-FLX4 is a 2-channel DJ controller with a simple design inspired by the DDJ-400. The smart fader and smart CFX add a professional touch. Smart faders allow for smooth transitions from one track to another. When you move the crossfader between the two tracks, the controller automatically adjusts BPM, volume and bass volume for a smooth connection. Smart CFX lets you create professional-quality effect combinations by simply turning a knob. A USB audio microphone output is also included.
A software called ‘Recorder Box’ will also be released which is designed to use the improved functions of the DDJ-FLX4 system. In 2023, an update will allow users to use the DDJ-FLX4 with any iOS or Android smartphone or tablet. Software such as “Serato DJ” is also compatible and files imported from your device or Tidal, Beatport, BeatSource Streaming, Soundplug Go + can be used.
