The Castillo de San José dressed up as on its best occasions to host the celebration of the tastings of the two days of the Miniature Enyesque Congress, a meeting between gastronomy professionals from Euskadi and Lanzarote.
On Friday, the exhibition of Lanzarote chefs who presented their creations stood out, highlighting the first prize for Yeray Gil, from Primario Gastrobar de Playa Blanca.
Already on Saturday, to which these images correspond, 14 pintxos were presented, all made by professionals who came from Vitoria, and some of them recognized with prestigious awards.
The event was attended by a large representation of prominent personalities from politics, business and the island’s media.
