For over 15 years, Pink (41), whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, has been married to motocross pro Carey Hart (45).
It was in 2006 that the duo gave each other their yes after the pop star himself got engaged a year earlier. Together they also have children Willow (9) and Jameson (4).
Pink, on the other hand, has never hidden that their marriage has offer a variety of challenges. In 2008, they separated, among other things, and the “So What” singer has previously revealed that it has been the end between them twice in secret.
Today, however, the relationship and love between them is stronger than ever.
– For us, there is no “Give up” button. Unless we find one. Right now, we do not have one. But we also go into couples therapy. Where we learn to speak the same language, because we do not speak the same language, Pink openly shares Extra.

– We love being a family. And we both come from families that gave up. And that’s ok. It was their journey, and it was the journey we were all meant to experience. But we do not want the same thing ourselves, she explains.
Furthermore, the pop star thanks her husband for always supporting her no matter what.
– Many people misunderstand Carey and think: «Oh he is this hypermasculine motocross guy with lots of tattoos». But he is the most sensitive, supportive man in the whole world. He never says no. To all the dreams I have had, he says: “I stand behind you no matter what you want to do”, she brags, according to the website.
Swears to therapy
Pink and Hart became lovers already in 2001 when they were 21 and 25 years old, respectively. Recently, she told People that at the beginning of the relationship she saw her boyfriend as the most important thing in the whole world. She eventually realized that she could not continue.

– You have to have your own passions, your own friends and your own time alone. I used to be incredibly “needy”. Now we expect less from each other, and somehow it gives us the opportunity to give each other more.
Therapy has been a very important factor in keeping the marriage alive and in gaining a better understanding of each other. Pink and her husband both go into therapy separately and together as a couple.
– Long relationships are not easy to be in. It is much easier to jump from relationship to relationship instead of fixing the problems that recur. One must learn that it is not possible to change another person. You have to change yourself, she shared with People.

The current pandemic has also presented challenges for the star couple’s family life. In April last year, Pink revealed that both she and her son had tested positive for the coronavirus.
– Jameson has been very, very ill. I have kept a journal of my and his symptoms for the past three weeks. He still has, three weeks later, a fever. It has been a roller coaster ride for both of us, but Carey and Willow have felt just fine, the 41-year-old said, according to US Weekly.
Furthermore, she admitted that being sick with the coronavirus had been a scary experience.
– Last week I used an inhalation chamber. I have had very bad asthma all my life. It became very, very scary. I will not lie, she continued, adding that it was the first time she has resorted to the inhalation chamber in a full 30 years.
That her son Jameson struggled with fever and abdominal pain also affected her.
– There were several nights where I cried, and I have never prayed more in my life, she shared.
