Pinarayi fears that “diamond weapon”; Critic on 17 – Kerala Lok Ayukta | Arif Mohammad Khan | Pinarayi Vijayan

Thiruvananthapuram – If Governor Arif Muhammad Khan doesn’t approve the Lokayukta Amendment Bill, will it be a challenge for Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s future? Will the governor sign controversial bills burying his opposition to protect the government’s interests? Kerala will have to wait for answers to these two questions after September 17. After attending various functions, the Governor will return to Raj Bhavan on the 17th. At that time, various bills passed by the Assembly, including Lokayukta and University amendment bills, will come for his assent. Will the Governor equally count on the amendment bill that curtails the powers of the Lokayukta and the university amendment bill that includes amendments that make his powers as Chancellor irrelevant? The position of the governor should be seen. Does the BJP want Pinarayi to be in trouble by not signing the governor’s bills? The CBI has continuously asked the Supreme Court to update the Lavlin case. The opposition claims the BJP is protecting Pinarayi by delaying the case for more than five years. If the governor signs the controversial bills, allegations of collusion between BJP leaders and Pinarayi will grow stronger.
