Pilsen will not take over the cup for the new champion until Sunday after the final home match with Ostrava.
“I think that we won it is a huge surprise, because last season we saved the fifth place in the very last match. When we entered this year, none of us and probably not even the public thought that Pilsen would be fight for the title and eventually win it, “said Viktoria coach Michal Bílek at a press conference. “The fact that we surpassed Slavia, Sparta and other teams is a huge honor for us.
