The Hague – A cook who was working in a restaurant in The Hague last week has carried out a special rescue. After hearing some fluttering and a splash, he saw that a stray pigeon had flown into his deep fryer. Fortunately the pan was off, so the pigeon managed to survive its ‘bath’.
