He also pointed out that Lagerfeld had been critical of Kim Kardashian directly, even blaming her for a violent robbery in Paris in 2016.
Morgan reserved particularly harsh criticism for Ratajkowski, who has been a vocal supporter of the #MeToo movement. He noted that Lagerfeld had criticized the movement and had publicly stated that “no one wants to see curvy women.”
Even Margot Robbie, who arrived dressed in a Chanel gown made famous by Cindy Crawford, was not immune from Morgan’s criticism. Robbie has campaigned for gay marriage to be legalized in her native Australia, something that Lagerfeld had spoken out against.
