Pierre Palmade will not immediately be transferred to the premises of the Parisian judicial police, according to information from the Parisian. He is currently under house arrest in an addiction service.
Indicted for “homicide and involuntary injury” for the serious accident he caused, the comedian must be re-examined in the days that follow. The doctors indeed affirmed that he still needed rest before being questioned. He is in particular in the process of weaning from his addiction to cocaine.
Investigators from the Minors Protection Brigade (BPM) want to question him as soon as possible as part of the investigation opened on Saturday for “possession of child pornography images” following two testimonies accusing him of consulting videos showing in the sexual scene of children or adolescents.
One of the witnesses transmitted these documents to the police officers of the BPM on Monday evening. These are currently being analyzed to verify that they are credible evidence. Currently, statements are heard with great caution. But the information gathered was deemed reliable enough for the Paris prosecutor’s office to open an investigation and verify his allegations.
As part of the investigation into the accident, Pierre Palmade is summoned this Friday before the Paris investigating chamber for discussions on a possible placement in pre-trial detention.
