An appointment was made and at that meeting we clicked immediately. He also explained that Rozan was actually much too young but that he saw potential in her. “Then we worked well together for two years. Tom slowly introduced Rozan to the fashion world and she was allowed to do a few photo sessions. And as soon as she was 16, they suggested her to walk on the catwalk. And so are we first ended up in Milan at Prada and at the moment she is in Paris for a number of castings, so it goes very quickly”, says mom Els who is proud but also keeps both feet on the ground. She is also allowed to accompany her daughter as a ‘chaperon’.
