New technical leaks claimed that Coca-Cola intends to enter the smart phone market, and it was spread on several news sites, including: Phone Arena, GSM Arena, and Geschina, a leaked image of the Coca-Cola phone.
The leaks started first from a famous account for leaks on Twitter by blogger Mikul Sharma, who published a picture of a phone bearing the name ColaPhone with a tweet in which he said: Exclusively… the first picture of the new ColaPhone.
Then the (Ice Universe) account on Twitter also published that Coca-Cola will cooperate with the best brands of smartphones, then asked: Can you guess the brand that will do this?
The leaked image shows a phone completely similar to the Realme 10 phone, with the color of the back changed to be red with two cameras, and a large Coca-Cola logo on the side of the phone, and a small one in the lower corner.
Coca-Cola did not officially comment on these leaks, but reports indicated that Pepsi had preceded it to this step when it launched a smartphone about 8 years ago.
Pepsi launched its first – and last – smartphone (Pepsi Phone P1) in November 2015 in cooperation with the company (Koobee), and it did not achieve any significant success.
