This, and the artist, Heba Abu Bok, published a press release in which she responded to the rumors circulating about her. She also finally clarified her personal situation after the accusations against Ashraf Hakimi, regarding the “treason case”, and her separation from him for this reason.
Heba Abouk explained that she and Hakimi had taken the decision to end their relationship, and thus divorce, long before the recent events, stressing that the events that led to this situation are completely independent of what is being circulated.
She said that the decision was made to separate and officially stop living together, and we were awaiting divorce proceedings.
