The major Italian Stock Exchange indices and the main European financial markets record fractional increases in the last session of the week.
At 10.25 am FTSEMib gained 0.51% to 29,889 points, while the FTSE Italia All Share it was up 0.52%. Plus sign also for the FTSE Italia Mid Cap (+0.58%) and for the FTSE Italia Star (+0,43%).

Focus on the titles of banking sector.
In the spotlight Intesa Sanpaolo (+0,85% a 2,664 euro). The institute led by Carlo Messina has communicated that, following the outcomes of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP), starting from 1 January 2024, the overall capital requirement to be respected in terms of Common Equity Tier 1 ratio is equal to 9.32%. As of September 30, 2023, the bank’s CET1 ratio was 13.6% (14.9% pro-forma).
Positive day for Tenaris (+1,78% a 16,03 euro). The company announced that it has completed the acquisition from Mattr of the business unit that manages the pipe coating activity. The value of the transaction is approximately 182.6 million dollars (a figure which includes the estimated working capital and cash of 16.9 million dollars).
Better performance for CNH Industrial (+3.29% to 10.06 euros). The agency S&P Global improved the company’s long-term debt rating by one notch, bringing it from “BBB” to “BBB+”; the rating classifies the company among non-speculative issuers. Analysts confirmed the short-term debt rating at “A-2”.
At MidCap the rise of stands out Technogym (+7,07% a 8,555 euro). According to what was reported by the main press agencies, Nif Holding would have completed a reverse accelerated bookbuilding with which it would have purchased approximately 8.8 million of the company at a unit price of 9.2 euros.
Among the companies listed on Euronext Growth Milan focus on Go Internet. Tessellis (+1.08%) announced that it has signed an agreement for the investment in the company which provides for the subscription of a reserved capital increase up to a maximum amount of 3,350,000 euros, at a price per share equal to 0, 00162 euros. Following the subscription of the reserved capital increase, Tessellis will indirectly acquire a majority stake in Go Internet and the conditions for the promotion of a mandatory takeover bid will be met. Following the takeover bid, the delisting of Go Internet shares will be promoted.
