The amount of donations raised at this year’s charity festival in the Sofiensaal more than doubled compared to the previous year. In addition to live music, the program also included an art auction.
On Friday, November 8, 2024, the Rotary Club Wien Am Hof die Sofiänsäle in Vienna’s third district into a stage for an extraordinary evening: under the motto “Black Tie meets Funky” classic elegance and lively party atmosphere met with the background of a good cause.
The guests were able to enjoy a varied program. One highlight was an art auction with ten works, including by artists Christian Ludwig Attersee, Martin Grandits and Christian Eisenberger. The soprano provided the musical accompaniment Polina Ladan und “The Piano Man” Mario Pecoraro, drank DJ Rudy MC with disco tunes as well Sebastian Grimusmember of the Parov Stelar Band, heated up the party atmosphere on the saxophone and turntables.
For a fair chance at education
