This Thursday, May 19, 2022, the Sussexes celebrate together their wax wedding. Will they be able to do as much as Elizabeth II and the late Prince Philip who had the chance to celebrate their cast iron wedding for their seventy-three years of marriage, longevity record royal couples in British history?
If the road is still long, the second son of prince Charles and his sweetheart have already traveled a good long way together, united by different moments that marked their life together. Among them: May 6, 2019, the date marking the birth of the couple’s first childa boy named Archie. Two years later, the tandem rejoiced again with the arrival in June 2021 of their daughter, Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. In the meantime, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had decided to cut ties with the royal family resigning from their duties.
