More and more major Hollywood stars are getting a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Especially now that series are also appearing on Disney +. Actress Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) will play a major role in the grand Secret Invasion that may be released this year.
Clarke is not the only big name in the Marvel series, by the way. There are roles for Samuel L. Jackson als Nick Fury, Ben Mendelsohn to the Talos in Cobie Smulders to Maria Hill. Kingsley Ben-Adir is new as an unknown villain and Olivia Colman plays an as yet unknown figure.

Through the Marvel News Twitter channel, we now get our first look at Clarke’s debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Who she plays is not yet clear, but for now she looks very human.
Secret Invasion may be on Disney+’s schedule for 2022, or alternatively for 2023.
