After a decade of building his hotel in New York, Richard Branson finally opened it. The New York Virgin Hotel is located in the exclusive area of Nomad, offers 360 rooms spread over 39 floors.
The hotel also has an Everdene restaurant, inspired by the heroine of Thomas Hardy’s Bathsheba Everdene in the novel “Far from the Madding Crowd”, published anonymously in 1874.
It also offers a lounge called the Shag Room, which houses a bar and where you can do karaoke. In addition, it has a library, outdoor pool club that will open for the summer.
New York Virgin Hotel joins the Virgin Hotel portfolio in the United States, in cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, Las Vegas and New Orleans.
