Nia Daniaty’s Son, Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly N Tilaar, are said to have used photos with officials to cheat the victims.
Lawyer for one of the victims, Odie Hodianto, said Olivia always showed off photos with officials to convince the victims that they could be civil servants.
“From the stories of the victims when for example there was Oli meeting the victim, he show “Yesterday, I met this guy A,” said Odie at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (30/9).
However, Odie did not reveal who the officials whose photos Olivia showed to the victims. The reporter for Olivia, Karnu, has also been questioned today by investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Polda Metro Jaya. In this examination, he was asked 25 questions by investigators.
Odie said that in this examination, his party also included additional evidence related to the alleged fraud and embezzlement of CPNS recruitment by Olivia.
“Three documents suspected of being false, namely official notes, decrees, and employee identification numbers were immediately confiscated by investigators to speed up the process,” he said.
Furthermore, said Odie, the plan is that on Friday (1/10) tomorrow, his party will also examine the six witnesses submitted by the complainant. One of them is an important witness
“Including Mrs. Agustin. Mrs. Agustin is the first important figure to become Olivia’s victim,” said Odie.
On the same occasion, Karnu as the reporter and victim revealed that Olivia had promised that her son could become a civil servant for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
Karnu had also transferred Rp40 million and was then given an appointment decree by Olivia. However, the letter turned out to be fake after checking with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).
“The child is promised to be a CPNS for the DKI Provincial Government,” said Karnu.
Previously, Olivia Nathania and her husband named Rafly N Tilaar or Raf were reported to be related to allegations of fraudulent recruitment of civil servants.
This report is registered with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya. The articles reported are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
The Directorate General of Corrections (Ditjen PAS) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is also examining Rafly regarding this report. Because, Rafly is known to be an employee at the Directorate General of PAS.
“The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Directorate General of PAS is conducting an examination of the case related to the complaint against brother Rafly,” said Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Directorate General of PAS, Rika Aprianti when confirmed, Tuesday (28/9).
