A Pacific soccer ball fish was washed up on a California beach in America last week (Pacific Football Fish). Such cases are rare all over the world, as these fish live at the very bottom of the ocean.
TV channel “CNN” reports that the fish was washed on the beach of Laguna, which is part of the protected area of the nature park.
The Facebook account of the Crystal Cove State Park social network reports that the fish found are female and can grow up to 60.96 cm in length. Their teeth are transparent and as sharp as broken glass. The body resembles a soccer ball, but the mouth is so large that you can devour a game the size of a fish itself.
The record also emphasizes that this fish is a predator and very rarely comes across such washed-up ocean shores. It is also said that the reason why this happened this time is not really known.
