On Saturday evening, July 23, “Prāta Vētra” grandly opened the concert tour “A Year without a Calendar” in Lielupe meadow opposite Jelgava Palace, crowded with more than 23,000 listeners, informs the “Prāta Vētra” team.

“It was unforgettable! It’s hard to describe in words the feeling we experienced when we saw everyone who came to Lielupe meadow to sing along, dance and rejoice with us! What a power! We spent several summer days in Jelgava and once again felt the charge of joy of life that comes from being with our own listeners, whom we had not met in Latvia for so long. Energized to continue next week in Valmiera!” “Prāta Vētra” tells about the concert.

“We would like to say a big thank you to the entire technical team and cooperation partners who lent their hand so that we could successfully open the tour. Thank you to the city of Jelgava for the warm welcome and to all the guests of the concert for the positive feedback we received right after the concert,” says the band’s general manager Aija Auškāpa.
