Real estate developer “VILIA” presents the HALLO LOFT project at Krišjāņa Barona street 69, Riga. During the renovation process of HALLO LOFT, the facade of the building was completely renovated, the original windows were restored and detailed copies were made for new windows. Replace all necessary communications – risers, electricity and other engineering networks. A new central heating system with individual meters has been installed, as well as a modern recovery system that ensures efficient air exchange, improves air quality and helps maintain energy efficiency.
