Nominations were opened by cooperation partners of “Zelta Mikrofons”. The event was led by Mārtiņš Kanters and the audience was delighted with the performances of Shipsea, Greta Grantiņa and Xantikvariāts, Zeļgis, Keitija Bārbale, Toms Rundzinskis and Yuriy Natsvlishvili.
The “Zelta Mikrofons’23” ceremony will take place on February 18 in the hall of the Ķīpsala exhibition center. The venue allows for more unusual scenographic solutions. Also, a new nomination has arrived – “The most streamed record with Elektrum”, which collects the most listened to songs of Latvian musicians on internet music sites during the year, released from December 1, 2021 to December 1, 2022 and streamed all over the world.
