West Ham United has been linked to the signing of Maccabi Tel Aviv star Dor Peretz, but new photos suggest he is headed elsewhere.
Who is Dor Peretz?
The 26-year-old Peretz has risen through the lower ranks at Maccabi and starred last season with 10 goals and nine assists in all competitions.
Peretz, a key Israeli international with 20 caps to his name, is out of contract this summer and is apparently ready to try football outside of Israel.

West Ham’s interest in Peretz
It is clear that West Ham want to sign a new midfielder this summer. They need more depth to support Tomas Soucek and Declan Rice, especially with European football assured.
Czech international Alex Kral has been a popular name, but Sport1 in Israel recently claimed West Ham was a challenge for Peretz.
Given that he was available for free, Perezt could have been an inexpensive alternative to Kral, especially since his former boss Andi Herzog believes Peretz would be a £ 17 million player if he were in the Bundesliga.

West Ham about to get lost
Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio is a key source in any transfer window, and has now posted a photo of Peretz arriving in Italy to sign for Venezia.
Peretz even confirmed his move at the airport and will look to help keep the newly promoted team in Serie A.
For West Ham, this may not be the biggest flaw, but he’s still a midfielder to mark the list of potential signings this summer.
